Multani Mal Modi College releases Prospectus for New Session 2024-2025

Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala today released its prospectus for next session (Year 2024-2025) and started the process of new admissions. Prof. Surindra Lal, Member of Management Committee of Modi College was the chief guest on this occasion. In light of the new education policy the prospectus for the next session highlights the different career oriented and industry based programs, skills based trainings and courses available at the college. The Management Committee also congratulated the faculty members for the launch of a new Gratuity scheme for the staff. The digital version of the prospectus was also released.

College principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal while addressing the faculty members said that this prospectus is the blueprint of vision of our approach to the education. He said that it is our collective responsibility as a team to maintain the quality and educational standards of the college. He also advised the teachers to make learning more student- friendly with inclusion of technology-based multimedia tools and focusing more on the research areas of their syllabus. He said that project based practical training is must for the students to excel in the long term.

The prospectus was released by Prof. Surindra Lal, the member of Management Committee of the college and the principal of the college. While addressing the faculty members Prof. Surendra Lal said that the teachers should be honest to their professional ethics and should work as a dedicated team for the success of an educational institution.

Dr. Harmohan Sharma, Department of Computer Science conducted the stage and discussed the main perspectives of the prospectus.

In this event Controller of examination Dr. Ajit Kumar, Dean of Student Welfare Dr. Gurdeep Singh, Dr. Neena Sareen, Head of Commerce Department. Dr. Ganesh Sethi, Dr. Varun Jain and all faculty members were present.

ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਅਗਲੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ (ਸਾਲ 2024-2025) ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਦਾਖਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰਾ ਲਾਲ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਏ ।ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਲੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ-ਮੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ, ਹੁਨਰ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਲਈ ਨਵੀਂ ਗਰੈਚੁਟੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ।ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਦਾ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਸੰਸਕਰਣ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਦਾ ਬਲਿਊ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਆਰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਮਲਟੀਮੀਡੀਆ ਟੂਲਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਦੇ ਖੋਜ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ-ਪੱਖੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ। . ਉਨPਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।

ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਲਾਲ ਨੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਲਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਟੀਮ।

ਡਾ: ਹਰਮੋਹਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਸਪੈਕਟਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਡਾ.ਅਜੀਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਡੀਨ ਡਾ.ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ.ਨੀਨਾ ਸਰੀਨ, ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਡਾ: ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਸੇਠੀ, ਡਾ: ਵਰੁਣ ਜੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
